Once you've placed your order, we will process and ship the order within 2 working days. After shipping, your parcel should be with you within 2-5 working days. 

We use Royal Mail to ship smaller orders and Evri to ship larger orders. Every service is tracked. 

We don't unfortunately offer this service at this moment in time. We are aiming to provide this service soon.

We pack your order with care, only using recyclable materials and/or reused packaging to help the environment. 

If you are not satisfied with your order, please email us at info@cocoboa.co.uk. Unfortunately we do not offer returns and refunds with our wax melts and dried flower arrangements. This is due to their perishability if handled incorrectly. Please see our returns policy.

All goods must be presented in its original packaging. We cannot offer refunds to any product that has been tampered with or used. Email us at info@cocoboa.co.uk to start a return.

Unfortunately we do not offer free returns. This service is payable by yourselves and we strongly advise to obtain proof of postage. We are not liable for any items during returns transit.
